I just woke up from a nightmare. We had moved to a coastal town and were living in this high-rise building. There was a big helicopter crash, and when I called 911, my phone was off and wouldn't work but I was able to call anyway. Then they started asking if we were at our old address. In my dream my cell phone gps was still on the old location or something. I got really annoyed and gave them my address and she kept telling me I needed to calm down. I was hysterical because I'd just seen that crash and instead of helping him, she was lecturing me on patience. I started screaming and cussing and the windows in the building began to shatter. I screamed louder and the whole building began to fall.

I have these dreams where I'm trying to call 911, but I can't get through, or the phone doesn't work, or they refuse to come help...doesn't matter if it's me that needs help or someone else.

I wonder what it means.

Almost everyone I have ever talked to has some kind of similar dream, either being chased by an animal, falling off a building, or a car accident about to happen that you can't stop, but, most everyone wakes up before the calamity hits. I'm not sure it is anything to be concerned about. Most times I can't remember my dreams. emoticon

So vivid! Can't say I'm any kind of expert, but it sounds like you feel like you need help or support, but aren't able to get it. Do you have close friends or family that you confide in regularly and get guidance, sympathy, and help?
