Wk 156 Weigh In

This was a better week for me, not stupendous, but much better. My birthday was on Monday the 31st and I had a good sized dinner. Ribeye steak, shrimp, rice pilaf... good eats!
The weight from last week started to come off and that was a good sign. It fluttered a bit for a few days but I was still able to post a loss this week. I came up short of erasing last week's gain, but at this stage of the game any loss is worth being happy about!
So on to the numbers for the week:
Weight : 223.6
Lost : 1.8
Total : 96.4
I still have 2 lbs from last week to lose, but I'm not going to sweat it, it will come off when the time is right. I just hope that the right time is soon!!!!
