DailyBurn Trial - Update

Today I opted for a brisk recovery walk on the treadmill and a 15 minute 'QuickCore' workout from the DailyBurn rather than the cardio video that was on the schedule.....mostly because:
1) I'm still sore from Thursday's Butt/Hip/Thigh workout
2) That's what I felt like doing today!
The core workout was a bit on the easy side, but it was enjoyable....
....and all this got me thinking about reframing some things for myself where health and fitness are concerned. I'm toying with the notion of fully adopting a 'Good Enough' approach....it won't change much about what I actually 'do' in terms of nutrition and fitness, but it will dramatically change the level of pressure I'm prepared to put on myself in this department.
I am in excellent health; look pretty fantastic for my age (sorry, I'm leaving any false modesty aside for the moment); and don't need to drive myself nuts to maintain either of those things.
All the pressure does is suck the fun out of exercise (which I really do love) and stress me out about food (which I just don't need).
So.....giving the 'Good Enough' mindset a try for a bit....will be interesting to see how it goes....
