Festival Weekend

Friday, April 04, 2014

Yesterday morning, my daughter and I took her son to the Dr. for his yearly check up. Once that was done the three of us spent the rest of the day doing the grocery shopping, unloading, heading back out to do birthday shopping for my husband, going out to lunch and enjoying every minute! Its not often when life slows down long enough to hang out for an entire day and catch up on all the little things that go on in our lives.

Saturday and Sunday we are setting up a festival and look forward to catching up with some of the other crafters and friends we have not seen in a while. Hopefully enjoy good sales as well. The weather is forecasted to be in the 80's with light breezes , (keeping my fingers crossed as it has been windy as hell) and clear sky's.

We are setting up 6 am Saturday morning, and it will be a long weekend. So, no early morning walks. I have already cleaned and packed the strawberries and grapes. Packed the cheese sticks and crackers and will make the sandwiches fresh in the morning. Meals are all planned, so we should be able to stay on track.
