Maki Sushi rolls!

Yesterday went well, I had a ginger cookie for breakfast ( it has molasses in it which is high in iron!....so I told myself! LOL)
Then for lunch had carrot ginger soup! (The Plan)
Dinner was a salad with pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and fake crab. ( It's actually white fish flavored to taste like crab)
I am down 0.4 Lb this morning! (total down 2.4 lbs since April 1)
I bought the fake crab for making Maki Sushi rolls today for a girls night out!

I made these for my daughter since she does not like Avocado and I am sending them to her at lunchtime at school! She will be so surprised!
I have a couple of deadlines I am working on so have to maximize the time!
DD is going to a sleepover birthday party tonight, fortunately I know the family REALLY WELL so I am not worried.
DH and DS are going to watch a movie at home! He has requested popcorn! LOL
I am going out with some of my swimteam friends, hosted at a home and we are bringing "appetizers"....so it will be a light meal!
