Coping techniques - my go to list

A few days ago I mentioned to a spark friend creating a go to list of coping techniques. The idea is to use this list when upset, anxious, or otherwise having a bad day instead go falling back to emotional eating. So, here it is...

1. Exercise (Run "like a mother." I'm a mother to two teenagers so I hope you get the word play. I've found it really helps to pound the pavements. Other exercises: walk the dog, bike, walk in the nature conservancy)
2. Make some tea
3. Talk to a friend
4. Play with my dog
5. Clean the house
6. Go thrift store shopping (doesn't cost much and I might find a good deal)
7. Read a magazine or download a book from the public library
8. Organize something (closets, drawers)
9. Meditate
10. Paint my fingernails

Any other ideas?
