I have 91 days to lose 20 lbs!

Hi, it's been a while since I blogged! My life got REALLY crazy on February 8th. I got booted from my roller derby team & I broke my ankle pretty good. I've been HORRIBLE about exercising ever since. I have done ~some~ (precious little) strength training at home with resistance bands and body weight exercises. I have finally been able to pull off a baseline of ~5000 steps per day. I have been doing intermittant fasting but it seems harder than ever (which is weird since i'm less active than ever). I managed to not put on any weight during this time which is good, but its time to kick it into high gear! My goal is to lose 20 lbs for my trip to Prague this summer. I have 91 days to do it.
I'm going to the Doctor to start PT and after I check with him I will post my specific game plan to accomplish my goals.
Time to refocus on my fitness + eating!
