Here I am again working on losing the same 50-60 pounds I have been holding on too. I like to think that I am more motivated this time around to really lose it. My hubs has been told he has high cholesterol and if he does not show a move to lowing his weight and Cholesterol levels in 6 month they want to put him on medicine and he does not want that so we are working together on this. Well sort of. He is trying to eat less and will eat what I fix. But the light bulb has not really gone on in his head if you know what I mean. He hasn't taken the healthy lifestyle to heart yet, learnig about what to eat and what not too etc. I am hoping he will come around soon so we can really share in this together.

I am also much more motivated to work out. I have been swimming this past week. I have swim spa so I have not excuse not to be using it daily. I am swimming 15 minutes straight right now and then doing some water excerises for 10 to 15 minutes. Next week I will up to 20 minutes.
