I can remember reading that they made bread honey milk lentils fish lamb fruit onions garlic other vegetables Dates figs grapes and real wine butter game from hunting Chickens eggs beef They ate a high carbohydrate and lower protein Diet If it was Good for Jesus good for me to Real food no additives Made from real food

    I agree with you, I would rather eat real food too. It taste so much better.
    The Bible does give to us wonderful references of what we can eat.

    Everything you mentioned Sandra is low carbohydrate, and real food. The only thing high carbohydrate is the wine. Yet they say one glass is good for you cause it burns up the cholesterol, and two glasses damage you body. other high carbs they ate was bread, yet their bread was a lot healthier than the powder puff wheat bread we buy now that is so synthetic. Just eat real food, cause that's what they did. They didn't have candy bars, but made honey cakes. They just ate the food that is grown in that part of the country.eva

    emoticon too Sandra. And when I eat real foods and not the garbage in cans and packages, I feel SO much better than when I eat processed foods.
