As you may have gathered from my last blog I have been sick! I am still not 100 % but I think I am almost there, yesterday my appetite finally came back and it did so with a vengeance! I was ravenous all day!
So today I am back on THE PLAN and Lis is joining me once again! How blessed am I ?
I had my flax granola and blueberries this morning!
I have to admit that breakfasts are my biggest challenge! If it were up to me I would skip it all together and just have coffee.
Before the kids went to school I had started chopping up the vegetables for the Carrot Ginger soup and it is bubbling away so that I can have some for lunch!
Tonight I plan on having the vegetables in spicy coconut sauce with bismati rice! BIG SURPRISE! If you have been following my blogs you will know I LOVE THAT MEAL!
Since I last weighed in I gained 3 pounds! Sigh! The same 3 pounds that I lost just prior to that!
So it seems that I am yo-yoing between 164 and 167 and I need to get BELOW 164 and start yo-yoing in a lower weight bracket! LOL
