Project Fitness Binder - Complete

Well I finally have everything set up, and just in time too because tomorrow starts day one of my new workout plan! lol
There were a lot of ups and downs, specially with the original binder ring breaking.. I had to buy a new one :(
But on the plus side the new calender set up was broke down into 4 quarters.. which happens to be exactly how I set up my goals for the year, to meet 5 specific goals each quarter!!
Anyways I have my plan wrote in and color coded and everything. I put in some small paper envelopes on some pages in the motivation section to keeps some special tickets and things from fitness events that I wouldn't want to punch a hole through :)
Maybe I can figure out a way to post some pictures of it sometime. With being a full time student and worker - and trying to exercise everyday - I hardly have time to do much of anything any more.
And because of that I also bought a separate binder to schedule this crazy life lol. I WILL become one of those crazy "filofax" ladies lol.
Anyways my sections in my fitness planner are
Daily - where I'll post daily goals that need to be met.
Calender (in monthy and weekly for logging exercises and reminders)
Motivation - decorated scrap book paper, fitness magazine clippings, etc.
Measurements - for monthly body and bmi measurements obviously lol
Prayers/Journal - Yes I write all my prayers down, It also doubles and a gratitude section - because it will always stay positive there.
Notes - on the go workouts, internet finds on workouts, etc will go here.
And thats it so far. Hope this inspires someone else as much as it inspired me. I know I cant wait to start decorating (the artist in me sees so much possibilities) and logging everything. It makes me want to work out so I have something to write about lol.
