First Week!

I have to say that this time, there has definitely been a difference in my mindset. I am ready to do this, to let go of this weight and take on each day to do so. I know that I will still have rough days/hours/minutes ahead, set backs and other things....but right now I am choosing to focus on the good. That even with all of that, it is taking steps closer to reaching my goal.

I have to say that this week went smoother than I thought it would. I made good choices with food and exercise. It's not something I am dreading, but something I am really enjoying. So different from all the other times I tried to loose the weight, where I honestly hated every minute of it and go defeated quickly. It is definitely the right time for me, I am ready for this!

I lost 5 lbs this week! 5 lbs I plan on never seeing again!

    Way to go - Losing 5 pounds is a big deal! Sounds like you're doing great! I'm new to SparkPeople too... Not necessarily new to the dieting world but I've found Sparkpeople makes it a lot more fun! Best wishes to you!!! emoticon
