Job is over!!!

Sunday, March 30, 2014

I knew Friday would be long and yep it sure was. Also on the way to the job, my car started making an awful sound. Made it back ok and it sounds worse in town. Thank goodness I don't need to leave town this week and can get it looked at. Poor CRV is approaching 180k miles very fast.

I put on my jeggings yesterday (yes jeggings leave me be, I love them) and they were tight... Ughhh should my pants be getting this tight this early? Yesterday was my first day of being nauseated all day long. Yet I was hungry all day long too. I went shopping with Scott and he made me put some things back. Like the two boxes of PB crackers, he made me put one back and the cheeze whiz i tried buying, no go. Keep wanting things I haven't eaten in years. Usually I love curry and use it a lot in my cooking. The smell of it is disgusting me right now. Must try harder today on calories. Really don't need to increase calories by more then 300-400.

My dance teacher said dancing helped her morning sickness when she was pg. I can finally go dance this morning. It was a pretty pitiful work as far as exercise went. Next week is gonna be much better. I wanna go try running again but I am scared. Maybe I will try some loops around the park next week. Try not to get so far away injured this time.

Today is supposed to be beautiful! I hope it is near you guys as well! Have a nice Sunday!

I know I have no room to talk because I have no experience so you can always feel free to toss out my two cents. But the first thing I thought about was when I'm feeling unmotivated for exercise because I'm absolutely exhausted or kind of coming off being sick, etc I just tell myself my only goal is to get to the dang gym. That's it. After that I can do whatever I want for however long I can stand it...I just have to get there. Always remember to be kind to yourself...if you can make it to the gym, just feel out whatever is comfortable...maybe water aerobics can be more gentle?

and YAY for being done with stupid people - and starting new adventures!

According to the Italians, if you deny yourself cravings your baby ends up with birthmarks! It will get better. The nausea usually stops around 12 weeks. Definitely means baby is healthy though. Mega congrats!

I hope the car is nothing serious. Thank God the job is over because you don't need to be driving too far with a sick car.

If it's any consolation most people say being nauseated is the sign of a healthy baby. I was nauseated every day but one and maybe I was just told that to pacify me but it did help. I never really found anything to help the nausea. Crackers made it worse.

Re cravings. My take on that is that when cravings occur they mean that you need something that is in the craving. Instead of peanut butter crackers have peanut butter and instead of cheese whiz have some good cheese.

I would talk to my doctor about any exercise I decided to do. He/she will let you know what is okay or too much. Some of them let you do practically anything and others don't like certain exercises.

Gang in there- you'll have really good days and bad ones. What works for nausea one day may not work the next... It's a roller coaster... Try to enjoy every moment... It passes quickly! emoticon

Lots of soda crackers! And maybe talk to your dr re running? Not sure if that could be an issue or not (I'm clueless about these things).

Feel better! And YAY for spring!
