Great week overall, bad boy Saturday

Had a great week staying in caloric boundaries, nutritional whole foods and lots of exercise. Had dinner at mother-in-laws last night after eating a late breakfast and doing a moderate 1+ hour bike ride emoticon so needless to say was out-of-whack and therefore overate a little and also had a little less healthy dinner than I would have liked but it was really good! Cream-based sauce emoticon with big fresh shrimp (local) emoticon over linguine, steamed asparagus and a nice veggie-laden salad. emoticon But wait, there's more, if you buy the shamwow, emoticon sorry but I digress. For dessert, we had homemade red bean ice cream (not a lite version emoticon , just a very small serving but that put me over last night with calories and total fat. First time I have fallen off the horse in a while and scale was my friend last week, so on we all go to another week. Make it count, life is not a dress rehearsal.

    Yep - I have been leaning this lesson myself - Pigging out on Life - my theory , from the movie Auntie Mame - All the World is Banquet and some of poor sucker is starving him self from enjoying life - you now that's very true - for myself I have learned that I need to still socialize with family and realize that not everyone is on my plan - but I need to learn to go with the flow - red bean ice cream sounds lovely and mother in laws always cook to impress their son in laws :) I see you doing great - exercise , organics - kudos - I am learning how to have day off of regiment !! So far down three !! Karen
