I want to give some examples of people who spoke what was right and the positive outcome.

Matthew 9:20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: 21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

By faith she saw herself touching him and saw herself well. She SPOKE what she saw before it happened. Thats how faith works; we see it by faith and speak it. I have heard people say ’’ I can’t see myself doing that”… whatever it may be. If we cannot see ourself doing a certain thing, we will never accomplish it.

God had said He was giving the land to His people. In Numbers 13:30 it says:
“And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.’’

Yet the people did not agree with God or Caleb but agreed with those who had gone up and spied out the land

"We be not able to go up against the people"( verse 31).

''We were in our own sight as grasshoppers" (verse 33).

If we see ourselves as little grasshoppers and not conquerors, we will be defeated by the enemy.

Number 14:2Their voices rose in a great chorus of complaint against Moses and Aaron. "We wish we had died in Egypt, or even here in the wilderness!" they wailed. 3"Why is the LORD taking us to this country only to have us die in battle?

God called this an evil report, disagreeing with what He says
(Numbers 13:32). If the Lord says we can do something then He will equip us for the task and bring us through. But the majority of the spies, 10 out of 12, caused all the adult children of Israel to believe the evil report they brought back, and not do what God told them to do. They did eventually died in the wilderness. But it was not God’s will for them to wander in the wilderness for years and die. He told them He was giving them the land so it was His will for them to go on up and possess it, by His power.

The negative report of the spies cause them to lose out on their dream of entering the promised land and instead they went around and around the same mountain for 40 years! They could have gotten there in 11 days if they would have believed God and followed Him and the leadership of Caleb.

So what you listen to can affect your life. If you listen to and believe a wrong report, a negative report, the results will not be good.

Numbers 14:24 But my servant Caleb, because he had another spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring into the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall possess it.

If you really believe God you will agree with Him and what He says. They should have agree with God, Joshua and Caleb. Caleb SAID what God said and agree with Him . He did not speak what the circumstances were but spoke his faith. What you say is what you will reap in your life just as Caleb got what he said: he said he could possess the promised land and he did.

The promised land is symbolic of the abundant life we have in Jesus Christ. So get out of the wilderness, quit going around in circles and enter into the land He has promised you.

Mark 11:23 say you shall have what you say and believe, so watch what you are saying. What you say causes defeat or brings victory. Instead of using our words in a negative way, the Lord intended our words to be used in faith to accomplished much for the Kingdom of God, for the benefit of believers and others.

Proverbs 15:4 A soothing tongue is a tree of life, but a deceitful tongue breaks the spirit.

Proverbs 12:18The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

Proverbs 15:7The lips of the wise spread knowledge, but the hearts of fools are not upright .

When we speak or pray His Word in agreement with what He says, the angels hear us voice His Word and begin to work on our behalf. But if we speak the opposite of God’s Word the angels cannot respond, for they will only do God’s will. They listen for His Words to be spoken.

We can change situation by how we speak because our words have creative power. God brings it to pass by his ministering spirits. The blessings, salvation, provision, healing, deliverance, etc., many good things from our Father.

Psalm 103:20Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

Hebrews 1:14Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Isaiah 55:11So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

If someone is saying the same as God, they are sowing the Word in your heart as it says in Mark 4 "the sower sowed the Word" and that is a good thing. But if you continue to hear unscriptural things that are false, or negative, you will get the wrong kind of harvest because they are planting bad seeds in your heart. So take heed what you hear and what you say. If we don’t like our harvest we can change what we hear and speak.

Job 22:28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to testify against you today! I've set life and death before you today: both blessings and curses. Choose life, that it may be well with you—you and your children.

What you say you will reap. I have a choice what to say so I decree that I will speak in line with what God says and it shall be established, concerning the situations in my life.
