Day 5 Do-over

Wow two blogs in one day, I really have missed this lol.

I'm on day 5 of my do-over. I log all of my food on myfitnesspal because I do think their app is better, but I'm going to bore you with my stats for the last 5 days. Then being caught up I'll just do it daily.

Monday was my birthday. It was not day 1 lol.

Tuesday day one
Calories in : 1306
Calories burned: 140
Net calories: 1166

Wednesday day two
Calories in : 1280
Calories burned: 319
Net calories: 961

Thursday Day three
Calories in : 1420
Calories burned: 181
Net calories : 1239

Friday Day four
Calories in: 1345
Calories burned: 281
Net calories : 1064

Saturday Day five
Calories in : 1210
Calories burned: 0
Net calories 1210

There it is. My first week, most of it anyway. No my food choices weren't always perfect. (Dang those McDonalds burritos), but I DID NOT binge this week, I exercised 4 out of 5 days, and I stayed within my calorie ranges. Feels awesome.
