The Vet Says Even Puppies Need Their Teeth Brushed
Saturday, March 29, 2014
We rescued an 8 month old chocolate lab and he is just so sweet. He is 9 months old now and we are the 6th home he has had in his short lifetime. We named him Reese's.....like the peanut butter cup b/c he is chocolate. We have no idea why no one kept him. He had been neutered, micro-chipped and some training. We took him to the vet b/c he had worms and both ears infected. He is now in good condition. The vet said how good he was and couldn't see why no one kept him either. He said all puppies/dogs need to have their teeth brushed each day. He told him to sit and Reese's sat and let the vet brush his teeth. I am posting pictures of the first day we got him (he was about 6 lbs underweight) and some pics of me brushing his teeth....such a sweet boy and we love him already. He really loves us too. and we are so happy to have him.
