Blew it today

With a long run in today I indulged in fried fish....well, the title lets you know what the result was. This was the first time I was over my calories since starting my weight loss journey in February. I was over today by about 600 calories (after all the exercise--ughhhh). Not sure why I ate so much....I just know that I need to stay away from my husband's delicious fried fish dinner or eat less. I think right now, I need to stay away. I'm glad that I ran today and I'm going to try to get in some extra exercise over the next few days, but I know that this can't be my regular plan. It's official that bad choices happen. Gosh, this is why I weigh too much. Tomorrow I will do better and will stay within my calorie range. I'm also going to make sure that I get some extra exercise in so I can still salvage the rest of the week. I will not go back to my bad choices on a regular basis. I'm worth much more than that.
