Cardio & Upper Body (Day 32 of 100)

I've got the shakes after this morning's workout! I did about 25 minutes of cardio & 15 minutes of strength training along with a warm up and cool down. Whew! But, it feels GREAT! AND... I'm tracking my food this morning! I'm scared I won't stick with it all day... but I'm trying so hard to commit!

    We can do this. I'm reaching my streak although not posting daily. I see you are doing well with yours and HAPPY for you... emoticon I'm struggling with the food end and need to start a streak for that. Just wanted to get my exercise into a routine first. Have a great day!
