I love the prints from this artist...
I have a set of coffee mugs and dessert plates {...Ooops..I mean salad plates...}
with her designs on them .
I have my own little shelf and I am not getting anywhere with it.

Did not help that I did today's Trivia Challenge and one of the questions was
Do exercises for the ABS help with Belly Fat ?....
Answer....NO emoticon
There is no way to target weight loss to a specific area of the body because
your body decides where it wants to put on weight and
where it wants to take it off.
{...Oh body and my inner child are collaborating...Terrific...}
The midsection is a common "problem" area for many people.
The best way to lose fat is through cardiovascular exercise.
It is important to do a variety of abdominal exercises (including crunches)
to keep your core strong, but until that excess fat is gone,
you will not see the muscle definition.

So by my calculations .... I might as well give up


going to do some core strength training this afternoon

I borrowed Disney's FROZEN video from the Library.
Going to make myself a pot of tea and enjoy it.
If you can't fight the weather ... you might as well have fun.
