Week Two

Started strong, but then fell apart in the middle due to life getting in the way, and ended the week up.
I did do well eating at the start of the week, though. And I did a half-hour exercise video (it was hard! but I finished it!) before stuff got nuts.

So, despite the scale not cooperating, I feel like a small bit of progress was made.

This week, I'm going to keep doing what I have been, but really concentrating on recording everything I'm eating in Spark. Failed to do that yesterday, but I can do it the rest of the week. And I started this week off strong on the exercise front.

Also, another goal for the week is to go running again. I will make it happen. Especially since I now have a pair of running tights and some fancy socks to go with my shoes. I got the stuff, I need to use it!

After 2 weeks of "prep," I think I may be ready to start rocking this. Guess we'll see!
