I have been getting close to my goal...I've been doing yoga, exercise(some days I have skipped though), walking and since we had this bad weather I do indoor walking videos, my water, and watching what i eat( but i have to admit we have big sunday dinners with the family and i do sometime over indulge)... yet through it all i started at 250 and I have lost and I Stay between 215- and 225,,, WHY CAN I LOSE THESE LAST FEW POUNDS??????. My goal is 180lbs.. I know not to small but I am a tall person and I do want to keep my chest and hips... and I don't have a small head shape so I feel 180lbs will be appropriate. but I can't shed these last few pounds... maybe since the weather has let up a little I can get out more... I love tennis, walking, and going to the park and plat with the grandbabies..maybe that will help.... but I figure this.. from today on.. I am going to post on my blog my 30day routine..whether it's progress or not and then i can see my mistakes or my achievements and maybe by this summer or at least by July I be close to that 180lbs
