I am so excited that the weather has finally changed because now I can get back into my running and walking. I love running 2 miles early in the morning because it will help start my day on a wonderful note. We have been dealing with the winter and cold weather for quite some time. I also see that we are expecting some more snow on Tuesday but I'm not going to let the ruin my walk or run. I am pushing to get in at least 10 miles a week of walking/running. The time changed has also helped a lot so I will be able to walk in the evenings as well.
