Weekend Challenge

Alright, so it's been a while that I posted... at least in my blog. So the weekend challenge is to focus on 3 things that I've been slacking on, that I can accomplish. So here it goes :)

1. Workout every day for the challenge, intentional fitness (I've been slacking on that recently)
2. Track all my food.. every bite lick taste (I've been tracking, but not everything lately)
3. Plan my meals! At the very least lunches, since that's what I struggle with if I don't plan them (more so for the week, but gotta plan on the weekend)
