Project Fitness Binder - Day 2

A very sweet man at my moms work rivetted the metal spine into my leather folder the other day, so I was able to put my calendar pages into it and start writing in my workout plan. I even made a homemade folder to put into it and everything! I'm really excited, I can't wait til my cold gets better so that I can get fully into my exercises.
Next week is spring break at school, so I'm planning to go to hobby lobby and see if I can find some stamps and stickers that are fitness related and things of that nature to decorate my binder pages with. I'm going to focus my spring break on treating this cold, and resting my body so that I can start my Meta & jamie easten workout programs. I have it set up in my calendar so that I can blend the two together.
Here's to hoping my body will heal itself so that I can get into better health!
