Patti that is a great idea. You were good for half the day. That was have a day of good choices. If you were not working on this how would that half day looked? I know you can do this. And Patti is so right. reread what she wrote. Individual choices, long haul, we are not perfect. the next choice can always be a positive one.
Remember its a "Work in Progress" --- Perfection is a Myth!! It is the many, little decisions over a l-o-n-g time that makes for progress. As long as you are doing better than you were before you started this Journey, you are headed in the right direction!! You WILL do this--give yourself time and encouragement!
Have you been able to set aside a "Tammy's Treats" area stocked with some really healthy foods you want to include in your eating plan? And then set a Golden Rule that you MUST eat something from there.. And wait 10 more minutes...before you indulge in "regular" sort of treats. I find filling up on healthy foods every two-three hours really keeps me more satisfied, and less likely to get off track! It also allows me to focus on taking positive actions, as opposed to "not" doing something. ("Zero Will Power" is a great description of me!!)
