On my second week of couch to 5k program. I usually start it on the treadmill, but my trainer said if I am looking to actually train in a 5k I should run it on a track or outside, so that's what I am doing. It feels great to be running again. I am actually pushing myself to try to get a lap done every time I run (mind you the indoor track is 9 laps makes a mile) so, I'm proud of myself for that.Then, I went and did a circuit for 30 min that my trainer gave me on Monday. it was hard, but I pushed through it and did it all. I was really proud of myself. I did 156 min of exercise this week and burned 2200+ calories. I also lost almost 3 lbs. yesterday was our last day drinking soda. We were finishing up what we had left in the house. I'm hoping that is really going to help us drop the weight now since all we will have to drink is milk and water.
