Late Night Eating

So, something that I realized this week is that I do really good through out the day when it comes to eating. When it comes to dinner time I just feel ravenous and have to eat everything in sight! I am a sweets eater and never feel satisfied unless I have some type of dessert to end my night, which usually throws my calories way off. As of Saturday (I have to finish what is in my house lol) I am no longer drinking soda. I think this is going to help me to drop the weight and drink water a lot more. Anyway, I'm really having an issue with this whole dinner thing. Even if I portion out my calories and eat good meals throughout the day, I still feel like I need to eat a lot at night. Does anyone have any ideas or tips?

    Well if you need to have something sweet in the evening, then make it something healthier. Like sugar-free pudding, popsickles, fudgecycles, or sugar free or low fat ice creams, e.g. skinny cow ice creams are pretty good and low calories. I don't eat after dinner anymore, so I can eliminate those calories all together, but I know your problem, as I had it myself. I did great all day at work, but leave me to myself in the evening or weekends, and I would blow it. But you can change it. I did so I know you can! emoticon

    I brush my teeth and floss pretty early...like AFTER DINNER. to keep snacking away.
