Update....staying the course!

So, my basic plan has been working beautifully. I am feeling better on all levels than I have in quite some time.
My weight is right where I like it, my appetite is healthy and my junk intake is next to none. Sleeping well, having productive days and enjoying (mostly) level moods with a healthy perspective on life.
Have had to be careful about adding ST....I had forgotten that it tends to give me tension headaches.....really not worth it. Am trying to concentrate on lower body ST a few times this week to see if I tolerate that....I'm sure if I got back to yoga, that would help too....
Also, will soon reach 50 AF days, and may never go back to any sort of regular, casual drinking.....I just feel soooo much better, don't miss it at all, and in fact feel an aversion when I think about having a glass of wine. When I see a bottle at the store, all I see is a headache waiting to happen. Ditching wine completely has made keeping my weight level a complete breeze....Mondays no longer equal a +3 on the weight ticker, and I really like that...
Anyhoo, that's what's up - all good - sticking with the usual plan - if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
* 2 ltrs H20 daily
* Clean eats
* 3-4 solid cardio sessions / week
* 2 x ST, lower body & Abs
