Another glitter BUT....

I have been doing 4000 steps plus daily and gettin' the glitter.. but the scale was just not moving and I have been watching my food intake... Since I am a senior... weight loss gets harder and harder... soooooo I have decided to cut my 4000 steps to 3500 and ramp up my toning/weight exercises to see how that will affect my weight loss... plus help my aches and pains!! Fingers crossed...

    I was going to say the same thing too about the scale, it can be deceiving you could be building muscle which can cause the scale to stay the same or to go up try taking your measurements as well. You might realize you are loosing inches but the scale will tell a different story. Keep up the good work!

    4000 steps consistently is great, I would try going down for a bit and doing the ST, then adding more steps back in, best of both worlds?

    Remember we hit plateaus in weightloss and changing it up just might be the change you need to beat that scale. emoticon

    Remember that the scale is only one measure. Are the 4000 steps easier now that when you started? That's also important. Don't get discouraged.
