Just starting back into fitness routine after several years of mostly sitting at a desk at work and reclining at home after work.
I've been Increasing the number of floors of stairs I can climb (up to five); also the length of time I can fitness walk. Then rotating the fitness days with a stretching and meditation day. We'll see how this goes. don't want to flare up the fibro pain so much that I have to back off.
Here's hoping everyone in the Spark Community is finding their own "best" routine and challenge for where they're at in their own personal health and fitness!
