Makes you smarter, gives your memory a boost. Setting and reaching activity goals builds confidence. Exercise has been proven to help with bone health. It will give you a more solid night’s sleep. It will help your clothes fit better as your body tones up.
Remember a little bit is all you need to get started. Do just a little to get you started. Let the lofty goals come later. Just commit to a little something this week 5 minutes, take the stairs, park further away or even take an extra lap somewhere in the house.
