Yesterday I was back on track with my 100 Day Goals.

115 minutes of fitness as clocked by Spark Tracker made me feel better about the big goose egg the day before.
Went to the gym with my DH and I wore my weighted vest while I walk/jogged on the treadmill. I love my weighted vest as it makes me feel like I'm doing more with the often limited time I have to be at the gym. Or if I'm just walking, walking with the extra weight makes me feel like it "counts" more.
I love being strong!
Elements of fun?
I only had one really.
I rediscovered Army Jodies which I had downloaded a while back, but then tucked into a separate music folder on my iPod.
My favorite is called ‘My Old Granny” and makes me laugh.
Army Jodies pace me at a nice, slow, steady jog; my “forever” pace. Plus it makes me feel bad ass to be cheered on by what I imagine is a big group of burly and fit men who will YELL at me if I stop or slow them down.
So, try them out sometime.
