Well, Happy St. Patty's Day!

For me it wasn't a good start. I weighed in today at 209.4. I am not at all thrilled by this but it hasn't ruined my day either. So, I am back to healthy eating. I have to stop eating donuts, chips, cheetos, peanutbutter and honey sandwiches, etc. That stuff is no good for this 40 year old body. It doesn't process these types of foods like it did when I was 20. So, it's back to a healthier, lower carb lifestyle. Wish me luck and send me motivational and positive vibes!

    I agree with WOUBEE :) Our bodies change so much as we get older...I have to give up things to WE CAN DO THIS! :) hang in there!!!!

    I've been trying to incorporate more veggies and fruits into my diet. I'm cutting things out of diet just less of it. I'm sure I need to cut out wheat and sugar a little more each day till its a thing of the past. I'll keep ya posted.

    Good for you! Not only are they empty calories that make you store fat instead of burning it, they are addicting, particularly the wheat products and the high sugar products!
