20 miler in the bag

Today I did my longest run I will do in my training. I ran 20 miles in 3:12:15. The best part was that my mile times were consistent. I started at 9:15 and slowed down on purpose to 9:20's. I held in the range of 9:15 to 9:50 at the worst. I was very happy with the performance. Now, I am sitting in my recliner with my ice bag.
