New Meal Plan

Started my new meal plan today. I've really excited. It's a Buddhist-inspired set up of brown rice with a rotation of raw and boiled veggies, miso soup made with the veggie stock, homemade hummus, a variety of beans, and green tea. Add in a couple healthy fruit and veggie based snacks and a vitamin supplement (because I *never* get enough calcium) and voila! Awesome meal plan.
My current intention is to follow this plan until May 16th (my anniversary and goal day for my final weight) with the exception of April 28-May 3. Going to be in VA on vacation and I hate being on a diet while I'm on vacation. I *am* going to maintain good habits such as drinking all my water, taking my vits, exercising, and eating more veggies. But miso soup in vegetable stock for breakfast? Not at Grandma's.
I am about 20 lbs behind on my goal. I'm supposed to be down to 170 but I'm still around 190. I've been having a hard time making exercise a priority. My hope is to catch up at least a little. If I don't meet my actual goal, I want to at least be close. Wish me luck!
