Tempo run update

My tempo runs are now over 7 MPH. I am completing 8 mile runs in the 1:06 range. My best time is 1:06:34. I am trying to get miles 4/5/6 up. I tend to be at 8:15 miles for the first three then I drop off to 8:35 or so, but can finish a bit stronger at about 8:25's. Consistency is the goal now on the tempos.
