Wednesday I got back on track! ( okay except for breakfast)
After weighing in I was up 3 pounds from the weekend, that because of the birthday festivities and dinners out.
Lunch was broccoli soup with a side of carrot and beet salad.
Wednesday's dinner was rice and veggies with spicy coconut sauce!
Thursday morning was pumpkin chia pudding for breakfast and then grilled veg with goats cheese for lunch.
Dinner was veggies, grilled, with added sautee'd broccoli and steak strips.
The rest of the family had tortellini and sauce. Wheat does not agree with me so I stayed away from it, as much as I love pasta.
This morning I made the hemp protein pudding with chia seeds but instead of the blended hemp seeds I subbed Almond milk.
Added blueberries and slivered almonds and this was it:
Lunch tasted better than it looked, it was veggies mixed with some left over tinned pumpkin and I added pecans.
I topped it with Manchego cheese!
The hardest part is keeping up with the water, I have to drink 10 1/2 cups a day!
This will be dinner tonight, lamb and veggies! Salad on the side! ( slow cooker!)
Good news is that I am down 2 of the 3 pounds I gained over the birthday festivities!
NOW...here's the thing! MORE FESTIVITIES THIS WEEKEND! SIGH!
I am going to do my best to minimize the damage! I am taking a meal to the potluck that I CAN EAT!~
I think that the meal on Sunday night will be mostly freindly because I am taking the salad and they are having steak! :-)
