It hurts so good...or not so much

It's been quite a while since I had a gym membership, so I knew I'd need to scale things back. Well, I didn't scaled back quite enough. I didn't injure myself and mostly experienced that discomfort that comes from first using unused muscles.
Still and all, it was nice to be there, even if I didn't have a workout buddy. I did learn that I'm less ready for cycling than I thought. Just a little hump to get over to get active again, then look out world!
