Sticking to the plan

Stuck to the plan again today. Hopefully I will see results again tomorrow. I know they won't come off this fast forever. This is just sort of a detox phase.... mostly fruits all day, then veggies for dinner, and some nuts or seeds. Feel ok, for the most part. I little bloating, because my body isn't used to so much fruit. lol. But it will be nice to start from a clean to speak. :)
