Had a great workout tonight. I decided I was going to start blogging my workouts so that I can keep track and measure my progress. And maybe inspire someone. I never thought I would be doing any of this ever!
first part of wo was a 21 minute amrap or a as many rounds as possible of 20 high sumo deadlift high pulls, 20 kettlebell swings and 20 pushups. I did 35 and 26 pounds for hsdps and kbs. I manages 4 rounds plus 13 into next round.
Then rest 5 minutes and work on 3 reps at max effort back squats. Managed 120 pounds.
Finished the workout with 3 rounds of 10 reverse ring rows and 30 wall balls.
I'm beat but feel awesome!
