What's In It For Me?

As a training developer, I always try to remember to identify a clear, 'what's in it for me' (WIIFM) statement for inclusion at the very start of the training. WIIFMs help to get the leaner's attention early and provide a real-world benefit to their spending their precious time completing the training. It's funny to me, then, that I haven't thought about doing that for myself at the beginning of the SP process. So, today, I have to think about it...What's in it for me?
When I lose the weight I'd like to lose, I hope I feel more energetic and I hope my self image will be greatly improved. But most importantly, I want to be an example of a person living a positive, encouraging, and healthy lifestyle for my son.
