completing one goal at a time

well today is the day that i am stiring clear from sweets. read a blog post today and i swear i was reading a page out my very own life. she has a problem sweets sweets as well as i. she said she has to stir clear of the bc one bit and basicly she is back hook. im sitting there realding like omg that is so me. what i have decied to do is go on a 20 day challenge without eating sweets and letting go all sodas. i starting with these two bc its something small i can do once i get past the 20 day i will have this beat . my friend i are doing this together,

    GREAT CHALLENGE! emoticon Sweets are my downfall too! I've been 9 or 10 days without the sugary stuff, and for the most part it has gotten easier. Lots of support on SparkPeople for all our goals! YOU CAN DO IT AND SO CAN I, YAY TEAM! emoticon

    That's a great challenge! You'll find that you won't miss sweets so much once you stop eating them. I have that problem too!
