I’ve nearly stopped drinking pop. With the exception of a small glass on Sunday, I haven’t had any since the 4th. I’ve been drinking more water which is always good. I have noticed that it is much easier for me to drink water at work than it is at home. When I am at home I want to drink flavored things: orange juice, chocolate milk, etc. Last night I had a large glass of chocolate milk with dinner. That adds on a lot of calories! I need to make water more appealing at home. I am working to start back up my habit of drinking a glass before I leave the house. I need to also make a habit of only drinking water with dinner.
