    I am so glad you understood what I was saying yesterday. :) :)

    Self sabotage is so hard for me too! It always confuses the crap out of me, because I have always wanted to lose weight, I was always overweight... so how does it make sense that something I want so badly I fight myself on and self sabotage along the way. 40 pounds was my marker, 3 times I lost it before and then I plateud and then I self sabotaged til I gave up and gained it all back. I am doing much better this time, but the self sabotage still kicks in from time to time and it's hard to shut it down. I think on this journey we are always learning things, and learning more about ourselves, and hopefully as we get more pieces of the puzzle we will become stronger. We can do this, and I just hope that in the long run it will get easier for both of us. emoticon
