March Revival - Day 10 - Quick update.

No tracker for yesterday. Gave myself a pass from the fitbit although I did check it and it was under 4000. I feel okay about it and will be taking more rest days from tracking my steps. Take care everyone. Night Night emoticon

    Lol Nena. I'm good. I made up my mind to give my body a break every Sunday and I'm good with that. More positive about my journey than any other time in my life. Yeap I do get that monkey from time to time but the longer I push him aside, the more bored he gets with me... emoticon

    Today I am celebrating 36 weeks of freedom from sugar.. emoticon I don't mention it often because I believe God has delivered me from that vice but since someone asked, I thought I had better update everyone. I have faith (finally) that God has healed me and the rest is up to me.

    Hi there missy!! What?? who Me??? LOL Girl we ALL need a rest day, well as long as it doesn't become a habit that leads to every day! Please please, don't start over thinking this ok... Get that Monkey off you... Punch him!!! emoticon emoticon

    Be Positive as you have been, Keep pushing threw, Tell yourself NO MORE EXCUSES! Please don't do like me, I over think things to death then beat myself for not following threw or for doing it. You have come a LONG way to start to have doubts about your steps.... YES YOU CAN DO IT!!! You have shown us all you can, It just gets hard at times and that's when we start to have doubts, you have to just do it and don't give in, DO NOT GIVE UP!!!!! That's NOT an option! emoticon

    Yes we can take a brake, but we just get back up and push threw, It's ok to take a break, to rest, for a minute or two, However, Please do NOT let it become a habit and break your trend. emoticon
    I have been and will always be so proud of you... I just know you can do this!!!
    And No you did a lot more steps than that, I know it, Remember??? All those steps you did with out the tracker... so even though you say your ok, (I know you are) and you think you didn't meet your goal... I KNOW YOU DID Rather WE BOTH Know you did!! Now with that said... Show me some more dancing Videos LOL Lets Move together!!! Bring on the Fun!! LOL... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
