Here we go again!

Okay, I'm starting all over AGAIN! This time I have joined an exercise program with a trainer. It will only last for 8 weeks so I've REALLY got to focus and stay focused. The class is 3 nights a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).
The trainer helps with planning meals and grocery lists. We weigh in weekly and get emails daily from her for encouragement and support.
This will be a first for me but I'm really excited about it. For the first time in a very long time, I feel like I just might make it this time.
