Starting Over..."First" Weigh In

I weighed in tonight. I had a "last supper" just like they did on that episode of Ruby. After a while, I weighed myself (again, just like they did on that episode). I have reached ANOTHER all-time high weight. I told Husband earlier, "I sure am glad I've already decided to start Phase One tomorrow!" I'm so glad I'm ready, I'm so glad I'm prepared, I'm so glad I have all the food I need. I have no excuse to start this new plan tomorrow. I have 86.8 pounds to lose to be at my goal weight.

I am exactly ONE HUNDRED POUNDS heavier than I was when I met my husband. Sheesh.

    Congrats and push through phase 1! Once you start and see the results it'll get easier to continue! Just remember if you slip up don't punish yourself, just say tomorrow will be better and concentrate on making it better. As a yo yo dieter I have done that so many times. I slip up and then beat myself up and stop or lose motivation when I don't get results quick enough. Sometimes it just takes a little longer then we want it to. emoticon
