3000 calorie day

I managed to eat more than 3000 calories yesterday... oops. But, I tracked all of it, so that's a plus I guess.
I ate breakfast, then went to a baby shower. Two 1/4 sandwiches, some veggies and dip, some spring rolls, some nachos with salsa and guac, gingerale, coffee, carrot cake... Then I came home later and ate dinner which was frozen pizza... So, it adds up.
But, I'm trying to just be consistent and track everything. I averaged out the last four days in my tracker and the total is 1500, so that's a plus that makes me feel less badly about it.
