Plan D? E?

Who's counting? Not me. Since I am having a hard time with my great idea of going on the treadmill for 30 minutes after work it's time to move on to the next plan. I was doing ok until I ended up with a stomach bug that took me awhile to get over. I did learn that it's not worth it to drink 3 servings of grape juice to protect yourself from the stomach flu. That's a crock!
Anyway, I've been trying to get back on track. The main problem is that when I get home my husband is eating his way through the house because he's too lazy to make himself a lunch to take to work. Then I get supper going before he stuffs himself with junk and I waste half the food I make. By the time that's done it's too late to exercise without getting too wired to sleep.
So back to the drawing board. I've joined a challenge with Leslie Sansone workouts. Started off good, doing my typical 2 miles with no problem, then getting supper going. Next day I was running late so I was going to do 1 mile. Couldn't do it! I was too tired and/or stressed from the day to make it through. My body just wouldn't move.
In working out ideas to get good exercise in I have come up with a few ideas. First, I mad my husband pick out lunch stuff to take to work. Now I can get up a little earlier to workout before getting ready for the day, I can keep workout clothes in my car so I can change and get onnthe treadmill before coming up to the apartment, or I can get an orientation so I can use the hospital's equipment on my lunch break.
That is one good thing about my job - the hospital has a free program for employees that includes a health coach and limited exercise equipment. They have a little more than what we have here, including an elliptical. I could go there before work, on my break, or after work. One of the girls I work with is trying to help me get a quick orientation with her health coach so I can start that. My first meeting with a health coach was no help so I'd much rather try to get in with hers because I've heard a lot of good about him. I used to walk on my break at my old job and since I eat in my room I don't need to worry about lunch on my break, so this seems like my best option.
So, I may have hit a block or two, but I am determined to not fail.
